The Buddhist practice is a learning journey requiring the same mind that we use to investigate any topic in any subject; it challenges us to not take any concept or truth for granted, but to question and observe.
Through our learning journey of the Buddhist philosophy, we learn to engage ourselves in a path of introspective thinking and ethical conduct that contributes to bring us happiness, understanding and acceptance to all.
