The Awareness Program is based around school values and Buddhist teachings (Dharma), with a different theme each term. The Awareness Program involves discussion and investigation and is designed to build students’ confidence and resilience as well as enhancing their interpersonal development, teamwork and speaking and listening skills. The Awareness Program is supported by daily meditation, including an extended period of whole-school meditation on Monday mornings in the Buddha Hall.
